In the studio
With next months exhibition at The Other Art Fair, I will be back in the studio this weekend. My current favorite canvases which are hand made here in Sydney by the blankcanvasco are out of stock, so I will need to head out to find a similar quality canvas in the size I need. Wish me luck!
The paintings I hope to complete in the lead up to the fair will most likely be in my current architectural minimalist colourfield style. I have a couple of sketched ideas. Not that that always translates to the full sized canvas, but as a technique, it does get the ball rolling. So to speak..
